I have to admit that the story is a bit too dramatic (maybe a little soap opera-esque) but I was in the mood for a romance with a little something different added to the mix. I think I ended up liking it so much because it was exactly what I wanted to read that day. Even though everything (from the title to the cover to the blurb) categorizes this book as a romance, in reality it is so much more.
